Jem’s reputation as an international windsurf coach is a fast growing one. He is widely renowned for his ability to get your windsurfing improving fast. His windsurfing background is considerable, having coached for over 10 years, and developing and running windsurf centres globally. He has coached two of the UK’s best professional sailors, Chris Audsley and John Skye, and actively advises and mentors many top professional windsurfers.

Jem recently left the Boards Test Team to pursue board and sail development and promotion for one of the major brands. The knowledge gained from testing gives him a thorough and expert knowledge of all the latest equipment.
