El Tur is located on the west coast of the Sinai Penisular just over one hours drive from Sharm el Sheikh. The city is the commercial capital of South Sinai and is not a tourist resort with all the attractions found elsewhere.
Whether you are a beginner wanting to learn on perfectly flat water or a more advanced windsurfer looking for bump and jump or even full-on wave action, El Tur has it all. On the inside there is flatwater, whilst on the outside the swells can create bump and jump conditions but more gusty winds.
Due to the popularity of the wave beach ( 2km north ) a second Oceansource centre is due to open this summer. Construction is well underway at the new wave beach hotel (Berrylands) and will feature 48 twin rooms, a swimming pool and restaurant/bar facilities on the beach side.
The uncrowded and undeveloped venue at Moses Bay can boast conditions that many more popular spots would envy.
